CCS Estimate & Line Item Limit Policy

* Prices subject to $1 per additional line item added over limit. Client notified prior to additional charges incurred on supplements. Line item over limit charges billed separately upon estimate completion.

* All estimates and supplements allow for 2 complementary revisions if needed or requested by client.

Additional revisions subject to a $5.00/fee per estimate revision completed.

* CCS guarantees all estimates and supplement orders to be completed within 48 hours or 2 business days or receive your money back! (48 hour guarantee excludes Saturday and Sunday) 

*Roof measurement report addition orders extends our 48 hour guarantee turn around time to 72 hours or 3 business days to allow measurement report order retrieval.

Roofing Estimate:

Includes Xactimate estimate for roof repair or replacement. 

  • 50 Line Item Limit

Roofing + Interior/ Exterior Estimate:

Includes Xactimate estimate for roof repair or replacement + Interior/ Exterior damage repair scope.

  • 75 Line Item Limit

Water Loss:

Includes Xactimate estimate for Interior water damage loss.

  • 75 Line Item Limit

CAT/Fire/Flood/ Large Loss:

Includes Xactimate estimate for roof repair or replacement + Interior damages and/or other exterior damage repair scope.

  • 100 Line Item Limit

Restoration/Mitigation: 

Includes Xactimate estimate restoration / water extraction/ tear out scope of repairs.

  • 75 Line Item Limit
